Step One:
In this company, the owner of the dry cleaning store or person in charge of marketing visits other businesses located within the strip mall. The dry cleaner gives each store within the strip mall a stack of dry cleaning coupons that offer value-added services to their customers. Individual stores agree to offer their customers the same type of service from that person’s business.

Step Two:
The coupons have a brief fill out portion required to receive a reduction in price or FREE service. The data is then collected over the course of time for all existing customers and for new customers coming in as a result of advertising or the alliances.

Step Three:
Target market all customers. Create a website with printable coupons for all customers. Strategize marketing to clearly point customers to the website.

Every business in the strip mall can benefit from the value-added services. The website creation can be shared by all of the businesses in the strip mall.
